Why independence is the whole point

Your developer inspects its own work before handover. That is not a criticism, it is simply how the process runs, and it means the person signing the property off has an interest in it passing. We have no interest in it passing or failing. We are paid the same either way, which is exactly why our list is worth something.

Plain English, not a technical document

A report full of jargon is no use to you and easy for a site manager to brush aside. Yours is written so you can read it, understand what each item is, and forward it without needing us to explain it. Every item has a photograph attached.

We tell you what we did not look at

A snagging inspection is visual and non-invasive. We do not lift floors, open walls or test services, and we say so clearly rather than leaving you to assume otherwise. Where something needs a different professional, we tell you that even though it is not work for us.

Local, and honest about the range

We are based in Telford, Shropshire and cover the Midlands. If your postcode is at the edge of that we will say so when you enquire rather than quoting for a job we cannot reach properly.
